Vasanti-ji, a long-time disciple of the Mother and Sri Aurobindo, sadhak of Integral Yoga, noted singer, and former secretary to M. P. Pandit, passed away on August 23, 2026.
A YouTube channel, VasantiAndJayanti, has been launched to share her and her sister Jayanti ji’s songs, interviews, and archival recordings.
Note: A 13th day meditation in loving remembrance of Vasanti-ji will be held on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at her residence in Pondicherry at 11am IST.
